Narrator’s pov

The girl stepped out of the shower soaking wet, her hand ran a towel through her hair as she dried herself
There’s nothing better than a hot shower in the morning to wake you up, she was never one for coffee.
The demon quickly dragged on a jeans with a t shirt, her fingers locked with the ‘A’ pendant. The sadness seeped through her veins and blocked her from feeling anything else.
“You have no idea how much I love you” She whispered to the pendant as if it was the girl she wanted to hear these words.
“But I promise to win you back if it’s the last thing I do” she whispered to herself again
The girl hooked the chain around her neck then allowed her hair to flow freely down her shoulders before she headed back down the stairs
“Well don’t I look and feel like shit” Cole said upon watching the freshly showered girl approach them
“I smell exactly how I look” Vernon groaned
“So how are you feeling after what happened?” Ryan asked
“I’m doing okay, it’s still a little weird adjusting to everyone’s maturity and age. The last time I saw you, you were all stubborn teenagers who didn’t know what the future held. Now you’re working adults with such different lives. For it, it just feels like a skipped a day. That’s why it’s kinda weird to get used to it” Luna answered
“Wow… I didn’t even think about it like that” Dreama whispered
“Well we’re here for you, whatever you need and whenever you need it. Don’t be afraid to call us” Leo said
“So what are you gonna do about Cytheria?” Dreama asked
“I could talk to her for yo-” Leo started
“No. I want her to be able to look into my eyes and know that I’m not lying. It was a terrible situation to be in but I just hope she understands I never meant to hurt her” Luna said
“I’m so sorry about how I acted lastnight” the dark skinned boy said
“Don’t be. I understand, I really do. I just need to find a way to talk to her” Luna said
“There’s an album signing today at 10am” Leo said
“A what?” Luna questioned
“An album signing, where fans come with her album and she’ll give them an autograph. Usually they’d have to pay for some photos and whatever but Cytheria doesn’t charge anything” Leo said
“A album signing, that’s perfect. We’ll buy a couple albums and send them up for her to sign so it’ll give Luna enough time to stall” Vernon said
A smirk pulled across Luna’s lips as she thought about the idea. The gays looked at each other as a sign to see if they’re up for the challenge. They all nodded in agreement, ready to support their favorite ship.
“Let’s go crash that album signing”

“So tell me about this guy she’s with” Luna said
“His name is Richie Singh, he’s pretty much the hottest male singer out there right now”
“Literally the hottest” Leo chuckled
The gays turned around the glare at the dark skinned boy
“What? A boy could dream” He rolled his eyes
The gays hopped out of the car and made their way towards the tall silver building that reflected the sun’s light. It seemed like a mall but smaller
“Too bad he’s actually self centered and possessive as hell” Leo said, Luna raised her brow at him
“He’s actually a sweet guy, when he wants to be. Richie lives and breathes for any attention he gets from his fans. He wouldn’t hesitate to make you look like a fool if you come in between his business” Leo answered
“He was really sweet to us yesterday” Dreama said
“Because you’ve only known him for a day. I’ve been on plane rides with the man and believe me, it isn’t sweet when he’s arguing with his manager at all”
“People argue all the time right?” Cole asked
“He cussed the woman because she told him to post a selfie and it only got around five hundred thousand likes in three minutes instead of ten thousand” he said
“What the fuck is his deal” Luna hissed
“The life of celebrities are far different from us. A simple thing like that could cause alot of problems” Leo said
“Well. I’m his problem now” Luna spat
The girl pushed open the glass door and was immediately met with a like leading towards the next floor that was joined to another line which was also joined to another line. Whew, my word.
“This is gonna take hours” Luna groaned
“Not on my watch!” Vernon yelled
“Luna and Ryan will go buy the CDs, Dreama and Cole will come with me and Leo, I need you to be the most dramatic bitch you could ever be. Can you do that for me?” Vernon asked
“Fuck yeah dude” Leo laughed
Luna and Ryan made their way to the pop up store in the corner of the lobby, her fingers ran over the plastic covers as her eyes scanned over the picture of Cytheria
“I can’t imagine what you must be going through” Ryan mumbled
“I’ll get used to it” Luna chuckled softly
“But do you want to get used to it?” the boy said as he grabbed a couple albums
“In all honesty? I wish I could go back and change everything” Luna muttered as she walked up to the cashier
“We can’t change the past because of what we know now. But we can learn from our experiences” Ryan mumbled
The two gays walked out the store holding atleast a hundred copies of Cytheria’s album. Those in line stopped and stared at them weirdly
“Hey! It’s that the girl that jumped on the stage at the cafe?” someone asked
A few whispers started in the endless line while some stepped forward trying to get a closer look at the demon. Her eyes went wide when a group of girls ran her way
“Goddammit where’s Vernon and her plan?!” Luna hissed
“HELP, HEEELPPP WE’VE GOT A PREGNANT WOMAN OVER HERE” a voice yelled, everyone snapped their head in the direction and saw Leo screaming
“Pregnant woman in the line?” Someone said, a crowd started to form around Leo
Luna furrowed her brows and the direction of the gay’s. Her jaw dropped when she saw
“Is that Dreama? And why is she pregnant?!” Ryan laughed
Dreama sat on the carpet floor with clothes stuffed under her shirt in attempt to seem pregnant, the girl gripped Cole’s hand as she screamed in pain
“I’M HAVING THIS CHILD RIGHT NOW” Dreama yelled. Luna almost laughed at the scene
“Let’s go into the car and I’ll drive you to the hos-”
“Boy if you don’t shut the fuck up!” Dreama hissed at Cole
“Hunny, the hospital isn’t far away-”
“IM HAVING THIS CHILD RIGHT HERE IN THE OPEN, IN PUBLIC” she yelled again in attempt to gather around a group
And she didn’t fail. The back line all made their way towards the fake pregnant girl that was spread across the floor
“You did this to me!” Dreama yelled
“Well I’m sorry, I thought it was your bestfriend I cum in!” Cole yelled, the crowd gasped and pulled their phones out to start filming.
Humans feed off drama.
“Your father was better than you!” Dreama yelled
“You fucked my father?!” Cole gasped
“And your grandfather!” The girl yelled, the crowd erupted in gasps
The commotion made the second line turn away and run towards them. Luna made her way up the line with Ryan
“Somebody get these children out of me!” Dreama yelled
“Wait hold up. Children?!” Cole yelled
“Yes! We’re having twins” Dreama said
“WHEN WERE YOU PLANNING ON TELLING ME THIS?!” Cole yelled
“The day you sign two birth certificates!” Dreama yelled
“Guys, you’re bother and sisters. Stop fighting!” Vernon yelled
That was the final nail in the coffin. The final line heard and ran towards the commotion, Luna quickly took the opportunity to run towards the front of the line
Her eyes immediately landed on the blonde hair girl that smiled sweetly at a smaller girl as she signed the album. Luna smiled as the approached them.
“What’s your name?” Cytheria asked
“Jamie” the small girl giggled
“Well Jamie, thank you for listening” Cytheria smiled as she handed the girl back the CD
Cytheria’s head was hung low as she grabbed another marker
“Alright who’s nex-” Cytheria stopped her sentence when Luna dropped the hundred CDs onto the table
Her eyes went wide before locking with Luna. She was immediately attracted to her with the kind of heady trance that brought a butterfly to nectar. Luna smiled and Cytheria’s heart sped up.
Her green eyes locked with hers, the familiar eyes felt like she swimming in a pool but drowning slowly by the girl’s hand. Conflicted was the best way to describe what she was feeling right now.
“What are you doing here Luna” She whispered
“I do believe it’s an album signing and I have albums for you to sign, so you better start before Dreama and Cole gets arrested” Luna chuckled
“Why would Dreama get arrest- oh my GOD” Cytheria laughed as her eyes looked behind Luna to the crowd forming
“Sign quickly” Luna smirked, Cytheria shook her head laughing as she started to sign a few CDs
“How have you been?” Luna asked, her eyes trailed over the girl’s body
She was much taller than she remembered, her face seemed fuller, her curves were even smoother than ever. Cytheria locked eyes with the girl, the dim light shining in her eyes above them reminded Luna of the different seasons. For her, she was more beautiful than the winter sun above pristine snow, warmer than spring sunshine on soft new grass, she was more more mesmerizing than the fall leaves.
“I’ve been busy” Cytheria chuckled
“I can see that. Things are far different back then” Luna muttered
“Why are you back up here?” she asked
“Because I need to talk to you” Luna said
“Ma’am, I’m sorry but we have to wrap this up” Cytheria’s body guard said
Cytheria groaned and rose to her feet, she was already late for her interview but she pushed a little extra time to sign a few albums
“I’m sorry, I have to go” Cytheria announced, a few heads turned as they ran back into her direction
“But, I still need to talk to you” Luna mumbled
“I’m sorry Luna. But I really have to go-”
“Then have dinner with me” Luna said, Cytheria was half way out the door before she turned to face the girl
“Luna I can’t do that” Cytheria said
“Why not? It’s just two… Friends catching up” Luna mumbled, it ached to think she’d only be friends with the girl.
Sure it still meant that she’d be in her life but there would be a fence between having her heart and knowing about her heart.
“I-”
“It’s really important. I promise you won’t regret it” Luna said
“I… I don’t know” Cytheria muttered
“Oh come on. Do it. Do it. Do it” Someone chanted from the crowd, she was them joined with a group of teenagers chanting
“Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it!” they chanted, Luna smirked as she joined them
A smile etched across Cytheria’s face. She knew Jeff would never allow it and it would take away time from accompanying Richie to his interview tomorrow. But to be honest? She needed answers. She needed closure.
She needed to do this for herself.
“Fine, I’ll go to dinner with you”
