— Kevin’s POV —
I can’t believe it. It’s little Lily! Well she’s not so little now. I haven’t seen her since we were 12.12
FLASHBACK
“I’m gonna get you Lilian!” I said playfully. We were playing tag in the woods. Me, Sal and Lilian were bored at her house so we decide to play tag. I was running away from Lilian but she tagged me so now I’m chasing her.2
“You can’t get me you big ape!” she said playfully. I growled playfully at her and she squealed. She ran in the woods with Sal and I followed her. “You can run but you can’t hide!” I ran and ran and then I caught Lilian and we both fell and rolled out of the bush. Sal was laughing hysterically at us cause we had leaves and twigs in our hair and clothes. I bet we look like bush monsters.12

Then Sal stopped laughing and said, “Whoa.” I looked up at her and saw admiration in her eyes. I was confused. “What? Do you admire looking at us like this?” I asked sarcastically.1
Sal just rolled her eyes and said to me, “Would you just get off Lilian and look at this.” I did get off Lilian eventually when she admitted than she finds me attractive. Sal just gagged. I growled playfully at her and then something caught my eye. “Whoa.” me and Lilian said in unison.31
It was a flower meadow with a huge lake where you can see the sunrise and sunsets. Ever since then all three of us always went there but then my dad wanted me and Sal to prepare to be a warrior for the Silver Angel’s pack.
FLASHBACK ENDED
Me and Sal decided to head there and that’s when I saw an auburn wolf that looked like a female. I quickly mind-linked Sal and said to her, “Sal go and hide. I’ll deal with this.” She quickly replied, “But Kevin-” I growled through mind-link and she quickly hid.6
I walked to her slowly but accidentally stepped on a branch and pounced her but she dodged it and pounced me. When I looked into her green eyes, it felt oddly familiar. I guessed she thought the same too. She quickly got off me and shifted back behind a tree. I quickly wore my clothes the same time she did.7
After having our family meeting, Lilian invited us back to her house.
When Lilian opened the door, I smelt the most amazing scent I have ever smelt. The scent was rose and vanilla. I froze and stood rooted to the spot. Lilian must’ve been puzzled but then when I heard feet running downstairs I knew that my mate was here cause I heard her say, “Lilian! FINALLY! Hurry up girl or your gonna miss your date! Chop cho-“
My mate froze. She had long brown hair and had hazel eyes that sparkled merrily. Lilian quickly look from her to me again and again until it click just when both of us said,6
“Mate.”
After Lilian stopped making us stare at each other, Hannah made Lilian go upstairs and change. After Lilian went upstairs, I looked at Hannah and ask her while smirking, “Did you really just want to get rid of Lilian so that you can get to know me better or to just spend time with me?” She mumbled, “A little bit of both.” I chuckled when we went in the living room. Sal said awkwardly, “Kev I’m just gonna sit at the backyard OK?” I nodded at her and when she went out, I asked Hannah, “So do you want to play 20 questions?” She nodded.6
I said, “OK I’ll go first. When’s your birthday?” She smiled shyly and said, “Valentine’s Day.” I was shocked and said to her, “Your birthday is the same as Lilian.” She nodded her smile getting wider and said, “Lilian’s an hour or so older.” I nodded and then she asked me, “Your birthday?” I replied, “24 January.” She nodded and I asked her, “Favourite color?” She replied, “Cream.” I smiled at her and she asked me, “Yours?” I replied while smirking at her, “Well it use to be blue but now I guess I have to say hazel.” She turned red and I chuckled at the sight of her and she turned redder and looked away. I put my fingers under her chin and made her face me and said to her while smirking, “Don’t hide your face from me Hannah.” She shivered and smirked back at me and leaned closer and said in an innocent voice, “What are you gonna do about it Kevin?” I shivered when she said my name because it just rolled out her tongue and I leaned closer and then I kissed her.84
My wolf howled with joy. I put my hands on either side of her waist and put her on my lap. I licked her lips for entrance which she denied I growled in annoyance and grip either side of her waist which made her gasp. I took that as an opportunity to plunge my tongue in her mouth. Our lips moving in sync and fighting for dominance. The kiss was so passionate that I wanted to take her than and there but then we got an interruption which made me growled while still kissing her.27
“Hannah!” Hannah pulled apart and was about to get off my lap but I held her in place and said to her ear while smirking, “This is just the beginning Hannah.” She shivered and quickly got off me while blushing. I chuckled at the sight of her and she scowled.
I got up from my sit cause the door bell rang. I went to the door and opened it and saw a guy around my age. He looked shocked to see and I heard a growl from him. He must have thought I was some guy here to see Lilian. I nearly chuckled but then he asked me, “Is Lilian home?” I replied, “Yeah she’s just getting ready. Come on in.”
He came in just when Lilian came down the stairs. He’s jaw dropped and Lilian smirked at the sight of him. I looked from Lilian and the dude and looked at Hannah with a questioning look and she mouthed at me, “I’ll explain it later.” I nodded.
After that, he took out his hand and Lilian took it and both of them went to his car.3
Me and Hannah went in the living room and sat on the love seat. When I sat down, I asked her, “So who was the dude on Lilian’s doorstep?”3
Hannah told me everything about her being rejected, turning into a badass, getting marked blah blah blah. I growled because he rejected my cousin and then got suspicious and asked Hannah, “Why did he regret his rejection?” Hannah merely shrugged and said, “Must’ve changed his mind.” I nodded and then everything got quiet until I felt like someone wasn’t here with us.11
I took a quick look around and felt uncomfortable. Hannah looked at me and asked jokingly, “What’s wrong? Did you lose someone?” I just had a serious face on and said to her,1
“I’m not sure I lost her pursue, but just out of curiosity love, have you seen my baby sister anywhere?”
